over your pooled allowance, by the gigabyte-month. A recording that would exceed it is refused when it starts, with the remaining allowance named — never truncated afterwards.
No level is set for either period, so there is nothing for this to switch. Annual commits at a stated discount and monthly at list — the structure is settled and the numbers are not.
How we charge
Every paid plan gets the whole room
There is no add-on to make a meeting bigger. Three hundred people with breakouts, and a thousand watching, are in every paid plan — because participant count is the thing our architecture made cheap, and charging for it would be charging you for our own saving.
The plans differ on governance, retention and where the service runs.
Two meters, and nothing else
Broadcast attendee-hours
above the first 1,000 attendees, per thousand. Waived for whatever your own relay served, because those bytes never crossed our network.
The first thousand attendees are the line past which fan-out stops being a rounding error on a seat.
Never metered — stated as a promise, not left as an omission Minutes in ordinary meetings, guests, chat, reactions, polls, breakouts.

Set by PT Sapa Team Teknologi (a perseroan terbatas, Indonesia). The four levels are blank on purpose — the study supports the structure and not yet the level, so a number here would be a guess wearing a decimal point.

The room row reads the same across every paid plan. That row is the whole argument — capacity is not the ladder.
Things we do not sell
- Webinars and town halls as separate products. What a meeting can do is a function of how many people are in it, not which product you bought.
- Room hardware, at a price per room. We do not make the devices and will not charge to manage them.
- Phone numbers and dial-in. Not something we do.
- Automatic user provisioning, or a managed installer. Both are later, and neither appears here as a tier bullet.
Why the list is short
Most of what a longer plan matrix contains is capacity sold twice — a bigger room, more attendees, a webinar SKU. We refused those on product grounds before anyone costed them, so they cannot come back as line items. What is left is what we can put in a contract.
